This is a new build detached house where we had to work with many spatial restrictions and privacy issues on site, due to the limited size of the land and its proximity with the neighbours.

The most prominent solution that was derived was the introduction of a veil over the more private spaces on the first floor; a bespoke screen of precast concrete blocks.
