The development of this existing mixed residential and commercial area is a much needed upgrade to a building that was built in the 1960’s. Studio Bikin’s proposal inserted more public spaces and created green buffers that separates vehicular circulation and recreational space. This includes creating shaded walkway terraces and opening up areas towards the back of the building for eateries.
The main heart of this development is the “VIllage Green”, a central open-park flanked by a semi-circular public-seating area for the enjoyment of the residents and visitors alike.
